Not sure where to start, but these guys made a dream of mine a reality. Been looking for a Honda Grom for a while, came across this one and they worked with me to make sure i got the best deal and was happy walking out the door, Deshawn Everett was the man who helped me. Had my Spyder serviced and new tires, brakes and wheel bearings replaced. Ryan Devilbiss is an Awesome Tech. He is very thorough, while replacing the rear tire he discovered the bearing were bad. I won't take my Spyder anywhere else. Thanks again Ryan and Seminole PowerSports

Since I retired I've made a number of larger purchases. Let me say this: if you want a SUPERIOR salesperson who delivers FIVE STAR Customer Service, I recommend you talk to Benjamin Mabey at Seminole PowerSports in Sanford. Ben was able to get me into the Sea-Doo of my dreams, a 2021 GTX Limited 300. In just one phone call I knew I was talking to someone on the other end who was detail-oriented and totally trustworthy. Even though I had a whole lot of questions (this was my first PWC purchase and I was buying it from out-of-state, not face-to-face) I could depend on Ben to take the time to answer each and every one. He made me entirely comfortable with the process start-to-finish. Ben kept me looped in about my Sea-Doo's expected delivery without my even having to inquire. He also explained the optional warranties that Seminole PowerSports can offer and assisted me when I needed to figure out my out-of-state delivery. If you are looking for a PWC or other sports equipment, look no further than Seminole PowerSports. And if you want an outstanding buying experience, ask for Benjamin Mabey!

I have purchased 2 spyders from SPS and had nothing but a great experience. My latest was my 2016 Can Am RT limited broke down in SC with a bad Cam Sensor, David Rahil was instrumental in helping me and even ordered the part so it would be at SPS when I returned home. I got a discount for being a member of the spyder group and everyone was wonderful. Hats off to my new best buddy in Service Pablo who assisted me with a broken trailer hitch who got me on the road home so I didn't miss an appointment later that day. I could not be happier with my experience each time I visit. 5 STARS from me hands down.

Mr. Kirby Mullins,What an unexpected surprise to find a check in the mail regarding my husband bike. He loved it and it was hard for me to part with it although it would have been useless to me. Since he passed away unexpectedly it was hard for me to sell it. When I first went in to talk about the process Robert Martin, was very gentle in explaining how they would go about selling it for me. I also spoke with Mr. Kerr, and others which I do not recall their names at this time, they too wanted to help to make sure it was sold for me. I was assisted by " Jimbo" in service and it was a pleasure ."Jimbo" has a natural ability to interact with customers that I found refreshing! My experience at the service area was entirely 5 star. I watched this gentleman interact with customers as I awaited the return of my ride and, he treated everyone with kindness and respect. You really hit the high mark when you hired " Jimbo" aka Jim Hayes.

I have had all three of my bikes in the shop over at Seminole Power Sports for warranty, routine service, and unfortunately crash damage. The service that has been provided to date has been nothing less than stellar. Most notably, the service department handled the gear box recall/replacement on my 2015 YZF-R1M track bike (something that you don't just trust anyone with). These guys busted their humps to get the parts from Yamaha in a timely fashion, and the upgrade went forward without a hitch. Bike is fine and runs great; no runs, no drips, no errs. Recently, my FZ1 lost an alternator rotor internal to the engine, and again, the guy stepped up and fixed her good as new. Actually better, changed the plugs, adjusted the valves, run much stronger now! Without mentioning any names, BIG thanks to all you guys and gals at SPS service.

I had stopped in to look for a Level 3 Goldwing used and you had nothing in stock. I left my information with David Raihl about what my choices for color, options, miles, etc were. In only about 8 days I received a text with photos of my dream motorcycle in the first choice color I wanted and all the opions I wanted. I could not believe it! David did a great job from the first time I stopped by until after all the paperwork was completed. Very nice guy and easy to work with. A tale of the sale... I could have purchased my new Yamaha FJ09 from two separate dealerships that are closer to where I live. One dealership, I was totally turned off by watching the sales manager talk down to his salesmen in front of customers. Just a bad vibe there. Then at the other dealership near me, I tell the sales guy I would like to accessorize the new bike. His reply, "Just go over to the parts guy and get a list from him and bring it back to me." No help. I guess just sitting there was work enough for him. So I go to the parts guy who has his face in the computer, doesn't look up at me when I ask about accessories. He says," I don't like putting on aftermarket accessories on new bikes here. " Oh really? Your in the parts business aren't you? So I leave. I make no purchase there. Then I go to Seminole power sports which is further away from where I live...
Totally different experience.... the salesman, (Robert Martin) took as much time as I needed, answered all my questions, took me over to the parts manager who then between the two of them spent the next two hours helping me accessorizing my new Yamaha. I literally added over three thousand dollars of accessories on my new bike.Then Mr. Martin took me over to the service dept. and introduced me to the service manager.Since I was traveling for the next three weeks after my purchase with work, my bike was being set up while I was gone, pictures were sent to me by Mr. Martin updating me on the progress of the extras being put on and the new bike was stored at your dealership in the showroom till I got back home. Then... Mr. Martin delivered the bike to my home! Total professionalism from Mr. Martin and your entire staff. Seminole Power Sports has certainly earned my customer loyalty. I had a "GREAT" experience at Seminole Power Sports. Dave Raihl got me on the Can Am Spyder I was looking for at a good price and was more than helpful with the questions I had and gave me a tour of the various departments. David Doerr went above and beyond by making sure the transaction went off without a hitch and personally delivered by Spyder to my home since I was not able to pick it up as scheduled. I don't know of any dealership that would do that for anyone. I am just so happy I decided to make my purchase at SPS.

I had a very pleasant experiencing purchasing my first NEW motorcycle. Any and all problems I ran into were strictly due to the manufacturer, not this business. What stood out most of all for me was my experience working with Doug Vanderpool. I absolutely hate overbearing high-pressure sales people and Doug never pressure me into anything... simply gave me the information I was looking for and after I eventually purchased a new bike. He kept me updated frequently (EVEN AFTER PURCHASE WAS COMPLETE!!!) on the delivery of not only the bike but 2 months into my purchase, still giving me updates on my accessories!!! I highly recommend Seminole Power sports for parts, service and most of all, new bike purchases.... And if you hate overbearing... over enthusiastic and over dramatic salesmen, ask for Doug!!! He'll stay in contact with you from start to finish, even after the sale is complete.

I have been going to Seminole Powersports for 7 years and I must say they have an excellent Parts and Service Department. The Service Manager Greg really cares about taking care of his customers, as he did for me when I had a spare FOB Key programed for my Kawi Concours, and I really appreciated it. The department has always done good work for me whether fixing a flat, changing tires, or general mechanics. I also deal with their Parts Department often, and prefer them even though other Dealers are closer to where I live. I needed tires for my '07 Honda ST1300. The parts department help guide me in choosing the best tire for my motorcycle with the best prices in town. The service department was able to squeeze the same day and get back on the road in a timely manner. They also took the time to look my bike over for other issues, and to my surprise they washed it for me. Thank You S.P.S.!!

Friday afternoon I called at closing time and talked to Grant in service, I told him that I needed front brakes on my 04 Vulcan 2000, He instructed me to be at the dealership at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, Upon my arrival I was greeted by Grant and other members of the service team and everyone was very professional in representing the dealership, Grant already had my new pads pulled and sent my bike straight to the tech, Not only did they replace my pads they also flushed the system along with washing my bike, This was my first experience with S.P.S. and it was a very positive one, They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it, Thank you and I will be back for future maintenance.
